This is my personal page. I am a Jew by blood and traditions, but an atheist by choice; speak Russian, English, and Ukrainian; born and raised in Ukraine; now I live in the USA. I still love and miss my home-town Kiev.

I believe in FREEDOM -- freedom in everything. USA is the freest country in the world. Unfortunately our society is being highjacked by a bunch of religious extemists who are trying to create a Taliban-like state here, in the USA.

I'm interested in physics, math, history, and photography. On this site you'll be able to find information on the topics mentioned above plus the story of tragedy at Babi Yar (a massacre of more than 33,000 Jews in two days in Kiev during the first month of occupation by the Germans in 1941), some interesting facts from geography, a collection of links to on-line math class notes, and some other interesting facts. Also, I have a large collection of old postcards from Kiev (early 20th century).
